Customer Success Representative

Enzymedica is searching for a collaborative Customer Success Representative to join our team. Enzymedica is a growing, highly respected, multiple award-winning company in the natural supplements industry. We are looking for an organized, team-player, starter with excellent Customer Service Skills! Full-Time: 9:30 A.M. – 6:00P.M. Job Summary:

Communicates with customers via incoming and outgoing calls and emails to ensure the highest quality support and sales service. Achieves sales quotas within assigned accounts. Resolves customer complaints, special orders and returns.

Essential Functions:

Answer customer inquiries regarding service and order status. Receives and processes orders.
Notifies accounting and sales of past due accounts.
Process credit memos.
Forward’s feedback and testimonials to Manager.
Enter orders, process RMAs, as well as update customer information in the company database
Resolves customer complaints.
Assist with other tasks as assigned
Conduct daily review of open orders in assigned channel to ensure on-time delivery (order management)
Provide proactive notification to sales and customer parties of potential delivery issues (Customer Communication)
Consult with supply chain by providing customer insights into new or potential demand issues with the goal of maximizing on-time delivery and full order fill. (Fill rate and On Time KPI management)
Maximize inbound touch points providing customized upsell opportunities (Daily Upsell)
Enter and maintain promotions for assigned sales channel (Pricing Management)
Work in conjunction with sales management to prospect and establish new accounts as directed. (New Account Set Up)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

High level of problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Must possess a patient but positive attitude, professional courtesy, and a desire to exceed expectations
Must be able to maintain accuracy with attention to detail
Able to work alone and as part of a team
Must possess computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
