Customer Service Representative – a full-time on-site opportunity in Venice, FL. Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:30 pm. Starting pay is $15.00 – $20.00 per hour based on experience. PLUS we offer healthcare plans, paid time off, paid vacation, and a 401K plan that has a zero-vesting period!

DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Enzymedica in Venice, FL. The position is Monday through Friday with NO WEEKENDS. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience by performing tasks such managing orders and changes, decipher questions, and providing continual monitoring and follow up to orders. Provide exceptional service assisting customers, sales, and consumers on the phone with product related questions or follow up. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. Customer Success is the face of our business, often the first and last contact a customer will have. We are looking for smart passionate people with a desire to help others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A great personality with a passion for helping people
  • Customer Service Representative, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle a variety of inquiries, calls, and order types of customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls as well as written communication / follow up.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrates flexibility with processes and systems, able to work with a variety of administrative tools.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in the natural products industry is a plus
